1960's

The meeting of Kahraman Eruslu, the founder of Eryap Group, with manufacturing

As a member of a well-established family in Gaziantep, Kahraman Eruslu made investments with his siblings between the second half of the 1960s and the beginnings of 2000s for shoes, slippers, boot, dioctyl phthalate, textile, plastic-door and –window manufacturing. He has always broken grounds both in the area and in the country, and established Eryap Group in 2001.

2001

Turkey’s first polymere siding American Siding is started to be manufactured.

Starting feasibility studies in 1999 and manufacturing in 2001 in a modern facility built on 50.000 m² area in Gaziantep, American Siding has become a product which completely changed siding perception in Turkey and which created a movement.

2005

Bonus XPS Thermal Insulation Board is offered to the market

Eryap Group offered Bonus XPS Thermal Insulation Board to the market in 2005. Beside its being a supplementary element of siding applications, the production of thermal insulation boards which are also required in heat insulation based sheathing, floor, terrace, foundation and roof applications are manufactured in the facilities established on 50.000 m² area in Silivri, Istanbul.

2007

Eryap Group entered to the waterproofing products market with Bonus Membrane.

Eryap Group strengthened its product range with Bonus Membrane waterproofing products and made a successful entrance to water insulation market. Eryap Group started its manufacture in Silivri, Istanbul with annually 12.000.000 m² manufacturing capacity, and offered bitumen based Bonus Membrane brand to Turkey and neighboring countries which was manufactured with hi-tech equipments.

2009

Bonus Thermal Insulation System is offered to customers.

Eryap Group offered Bonus Thermal Insulation System to the market in 2009. Bonus Thermal Insulation System brings customers and all materials required for heat insulation together, and is an innovative and environment friendly product which provides energy saving with a performance as in the first day.

2010

Winer polymer door and windows systems have been launched into the market.

Eryap Grup had launched Winer polymer door and windows systems into the market in 2010. Winer, having the superior quality with its advanced technology, and being resistant to all external factors and weather conditions; has taken its place in the industry with variety of its products and decoration solutions.

2011

Bonus Shingle is offered to the market.

Eryap Group added the world brand Italian Tegola firm’s products (roofing system) to its product range and started to meet the quality demand in the industry.

2012

Bonus Stone Wool manufacturing is started.

Having started to manufacture Bonus Stone Wool which provides heat, sound and fire insulation, Eryap Group took a strong step with also its new product for creating a industry leader brand.

2016

Eryap Group moved to new Head Office.

Eryap Group moved to its new head office building in Kısıklı, Istanbul.

2017

A new capacity investment started in Bonus Stone Wool facility.

The new investment that will double the current capacity of Sakarya facilities has been commissioned. The work for the new state-of-the-art line investment made by targeting annual stone wool production of 100,000 tones with the added capacity began in June 2017.

2019

A new storage investment made in Bonus Stone Wool Facility

In addition to the existing storage capacity, a new storage area of 10,000 m² has been invested in the facilities established in Sakarya. Along with the improvements made in the packaging system, the new storage area was put into use.
